Description

The SD 4 is a multi-talent relating sound performance, power and flexibility. The active and compact DSP controlled PA system consists of two completely digital system units VSS 15 with integrated 15“ speaker and two multi-functional 12“ + 1” loudspeakers VL 12, which can be used as top parts, monitors, delay line or front fill. Control center is the VSS 15 with three integrated class D amplifiers (1 x 750 W sub + 2 x 500 W loudspeaker outputs) and digital signal processor 24 bit/48 kHz at a sensational light-weight of 26 kg. Thanks to this technology the useable dynamic range of the audio signal will be increased significantly by reducing conversion losses to a minimum to achieve a much better sound quality. Through the use of neodymium speakers the weight will be reduced by over 20 %. The idea of Plug`n`Play gets real – set-up, plug-in, load preset and play! The crystal clear sound and the unrestricted flexibility of this PA with two additional free-configurable 500 W loudspeaker outputs, e.g. as monitor or delay line is our recommendation for small bands and mobile DJs as well as for all kinds of reinforcements up to 300 people. Without additional amplifiers the system can be extended with max. four passive monitors (VL 8 or VL 12) on two free-configurable monitor ways. A top extension for very wide horizontal reinforcements resp. for free-configurable delay lines is possible with full-range loudspeakers VL 8 or VL 12 without additional amplifiers.
