The Korg ARP 2600 M brings back one of the greatest synthesizer legends of all time in a compact desktop format. The original ARP 2600 has shaped countless music productions, film soundtracks and TV scores since the 1970s - its characteristic, powerful analog sound is still unmistakable today. With the ARP 2600 M, this iconic instrument is being reissued in a modern form - true to detail, analog and made in Japan.

Authentic ARP sound - 100% analog

The ARP 2600 M uses the same analog circuitry and components as the ARP 2600 FS. Despite being downsized to around 60% of the original size, the legendary sound is fully retained. Even the analog spring reverb and the integrated stereo speakers have been retained - for an authentic playing feel just like the historic original.

Semi-modular design with maximum flexibility

As a semi-modular analog synthesizer, the ARP 2600 M offers an enormous variety of sounds - even without patch cables. However, the system can be fully customized with patch connections. Three voltage-controlled oscillators (VCOs), two envelopes, a noise generator, ring modulation, sample & hold, an envelope follower and versatile voltage processors enable complex sound designs from classic leads to experimental textures.

Both legendary filter types integrated

The ARP 2600 M contains both filter variants from the different original versions - including a self-oscillating lowpass filter. This means that the instrument covers the entire sonic spectrum of the historic ARP era.

Optimized for modern studios & live setups

The ARP 2600 M has been enhanced with contemporary functions: USB-A and USB-B for direct connection to USB keyboards or MIDI devices, DIN-MIDI-In and balanced jack outputs (L/R) ensure easy integration into today's production environments. The adapted control voltage also allows smooth integration into Eurorack or volca setups.
