The G3 series from LD Systems stands for sophisticated audio quality "Made in Germany". The Stinger G3 Impact Set A combines proven technology and robust components that have been specially developed for demanding live and outdoor use. The combination of four 18" active subwoofers and two 15" active tops ensures extremely powerful sound reproduction with outstanding range and punch.
All components of the set are equipped with sturdy birch plywood enclosures and a durable polyurea coating - ideal for use in changing weather conditions and frequent set-up and dismantling.
The two STINGER 15 A G3 active loudspeakers are equipped with 15" woofers, 1" compression drivers and a 2-way system. They deliver up to 1,000 W peak power per speaker and offer a clear frequency response from 50 Hz to 20,000 Hz. Thanks to the 90° x 50° dispersion angle and the 36 mm dual-tilt stand mount (0° / 5°), the speakers can be optimally aligned with the audience.
The four STINGER SUB 18 A G3 active subwoofers provide the bass: with a peak output of 1,600 W each, 18" ferrite drivers and 4" voice coils, they ensure a deep and powerful frequency range down to 35 Hz. In combination, the subs generate an enormous bass foundation - perfect for electronic music, rock or hip-hop.
Thanks to the integrated DSPs, presets such as cardioid subwoofer arrays can be called up to specifically control the bass distribution and minimize unwanted feedback on stage.

The protective covers are made of hard-wearing nylon with 8 mm padding and protect your equipment from scratches, knocks and the effects of the weather. The roller boards with heavy-duty castors (two of which have brakes) enable easy handling even on uneven terrain - particularly useful for outdoor gigs.
