With a selectable transmitting power of up to 30 mW, the U500® series vocal sets achieve a range of over 100 meters in free field. They are available for three radio frequency bands: 584 - 608 MHz and 655 - 679 MHz, in each of which you can operate 12 systems simultaneously; in the 823 - 832 MHz + 863 - 865 MHz range, six systems can be used simultaneously. The True Diversity UHF wireless systems are equipped with an automatic search function that finds the best free frequency and simplifies setup with convenient one-touch infrared synchronization of transmitter and receiver.

High-contrast OLED displays provide an optimal functional overview with displays of group, channel, radio frequency, signal strength and battery status, and individual user names can also be entered. In addition to squelch, an inaudible transmitter pilot tone ensures interference-free operation. It protects against interference and mutes the receiver if a radio signal is present without this tone. Effective U500® technology with high-quality components achieves precise, distortion-free transmission without latency or artifacts. Low power consumption provides up to 10 hours of transmitter runtime on two AA batteries.

The U500® Series Vocal Sets are available with handheld transmitters, headsets, lavalier microphones and single or dual receivers. The handheld transmitters can also be flexibly tuned for vocals and speech with interchangeable microphone capsules.
