Description

The LD Systems U518 BP - Bodypack Transmitter is a True Diversity UHF radio system and is suitable for wind instruments, guitars, lavalier and headset microphones.

With automatic channel search, convenient infrared synchronization and intuitive menu navigation on easy-to-read OLED displays with battery status and user name assignment, the True Diversity UHF radio systems of the U500® series are ready for use in no time at all. The selectable transmission power of up to 30 mW and the squelch with pilot tone ensure the highest audio and transmission quality without artifacts with a range of over 100 metres in free field. Interchangeable microphone capsules allow the hand-held transmitters to be tuned to different speech and singing voices. The outputs of the single and dual receivers can be switched to instrument level for direct connection to guitar and bass amplifiers. The wide frequency range of 30 - 16,000 Hz covers even the lowest bass tones. U500® vocal and instrument sets are available for three radio frequency bands: 584 - 608 Mhz and 655 - 679 MHz, in each of which 12 systems can be operated simultaneously; in the range 823 - 832 MHz + 863 - 865 MHz, six systems can be operated simultaneously.
