Description

The Catalyst CX family consists of three two-channel combo amps that function like traditional guitar amps but offer the versatility of modern amplifiers. They feature 12 amp voicings derived from the award-winning Helix® amplifier and effects processor - from pristine clean to modern high-gain - and each amp voicing is matched with a custom boost type. There are also 24 HX®-quality effects covering four effect categories. Other features include rugged construction, a tap/tuner button, XLR line output, effects loop, power amp input for using the Catalyst CX as a powered speaker, MIDI functionality, a 2-channel USB recording interface and power output options. The free Catalyst Edit app for desktop and mobile devices offers extensive editing options.
