The Mackie Thump 210XT is a modern, extremely versatile 10-inch active speaker that is characterized by powerful sound, smart functions and a compact design. With an output of 1,400 watts, the Thump 210XT delivers enough power for small to medium-sized events - whether as a PA for DJs, for live music, in bars or as a floor monitor on stage. The Thump 210XT wasbuiltaccording to Mackie's "Built-Like-A-Tank™" principle and offers maximum reliability in live use. Despite its sturdy construction, the speaker weighs only 11.6 kg, making it pleasantly light and mobile. The combination of high output power, flexibility and ease of use makes it the ideal solution for musicians, DJs and event technicians looking for an active speaker with impressive overall performance.
The speaker is based on a 1,400 W Class D power amplifier, which ensures a clear, powerful sound with its large headroom and fast impulse response. The frequency range from 52 Hz to 23 kHz (-10 dB) covers a broad spectrum and allows both powerful bass and brilliant highs. With a maximum sound pressure level of 127 dB, the Thump 210XT is also ideally equipped for louder applications.
The integrated feedback suppression reliably protects against unpleasant whistling when using a microphone. A music ducking mode automatically lowers the volume of music as soon as it is spoken via a connected microphone - ideal for moderations, presentations or karaoke. Thanks to 4 switchable voicing modes (Music, Live, Club, Monitor), the sound can be adapted to the respective application at the touch of a button.
The Thump 210XT offers numerous connection options for different setups. Two XLR/TRS combo sockets are available for microphones or line signals. There is also a stereo 3.5 mm jack input for connecting smartphones, laptops or MP3 players. A thru output allows the signal to be looped through to other speakers - perfect for larger setups.
Music can be streamed wirelessly via integrated Bluetooth® - e.g. from a smartphone or tablet. The Thump Connect 2 app also allows wireless control of volume, EQ, voicing modes and other functions directly from the mobile device.
Thanks to its wedge design, the Thump 210XT is not only suitable as a PA speaker on a stand, but also as a stage monitor in a horizontal position. A flange for standard speaker stands is of course available so that integration into any live setup is no problem. With compact dimensions of 569 × 330 × 325 mm, the speaker saves space and is easy to transport.
