Hum loops occur time and again when devices are interconnected. Typically, this hum only occurs when certain devices are additionally connected or the devices are installed together in a rack. In this case, the devices are connected to each other via their housing parts on the one hand and via the connecting cables on the other. To avoid this, the housings would have to be insulated from each other. This is usually difficult to achieve.
This is where the FGA-40HQ or FGA-40 isolating transformers can help. This is connected before the input and separates the two devices from each other
