The NOBELS REV-mini combines a first-class selection of legendary reverb soundscapes in an extremely compact, rugged metal housing. Known for practical, well-designed guitar effects and the global bestseller ODR-1, Nobels brings the fascination of three-dimensional spatial sounds to every pedalboard with the REV-mini. Whether it’s subtle spatial sound, classic surfer-style spring reverb, or ethereal, floating ambient textures—this mini powerhouse offers maximum flexibility with the same intuitive operation you’ve come to expect.
At the heart of the REV-mini is a high-resolution 32-bit DSP processor (48 kHz sampling rate) that generates three fundamental reverb types in impressive studio quality: Spring (green LED): Authentic, dynamic spring reverb in the style of classic vintage amplifiers. Plate (red LED): Rich, silky plate reverb for timeless soundscapes and vocals/guitar leads. Reverb (blue LED): High-resolution, spacious reverb for majestic and deep ambient sounds. The standout feature is the built-in Xtra function: Simply hold down the footswitch to activate exclusive additional sounds such as Freeze (infinite sustain of the reverb tail for ambient pads) or Shimmer (ethereal, octaved overtones), which add a whole new creative dimension to your playing.
Despite its minimal footprint, the REV-mini leaves nothing to be desired in terms of signal-routing flexibility. Via TRS jack inputs, the pedal can be operated in either mono or full stereo mode—ideal for complex pedalboards, stereo amp setups, or synthesizers. A convenient toggle switch also allows for quick switching between true bypass (for absolutely unaltered signal transmission) and buffered bypass (for long cable runs and a natural decay of the reverb tails when the pedal is turned off).
The REV-mini comes with Nobels’ proven innovations: The integrated, fold-out Mounty-P mounting plates allow for a rock-solid and clean installation on any pedalboard, without having to remove the unit’s feet or laboriously cut Velcro to size. The fluorescent “glow-in-the-dark” control knobs also ensure optimal readability of the Size, Blend, and Tone controls even on the darkest stages.
