The OMNITRONIC RM-1422FXA USB rack power mix er is a versatile 12-channel mixer with integrated amplifier power, digital signal processor (DSP) and USB/SD audio player - ideal for use in fixed installations, mobile sound systems, club rooms, schools, conference centers or small stages. The compact 3U rack mixer combines a mixing console, power amplifier, media player and USB audio interface in one device - space-saving, powerful and extremely practical.
With an output power of 2 x 400 watts RMS at 4 ohms, 12 channels, integrated 24-bit DSP effects unit and USB audio interface (for recording and playback via PC/Mac), the RM-1422FXA offers a professional solution for many audio applications. Thanks to extensive connection options and modern functions, the mixer can be used flexibly both in live operation and in installations.
The OMNITRONIC RM-1422FXA has 8 mono input channels with microphone preamps (XLR), gain control, 2-band EQ, pan control, channel fader and insert sockets for integrating external effects or dynamics processors. There are also 2 stereo line inputs with 2-band EQ, balance and faders - perfect for keyboards, media players or instruments with line level.
A central +48 V phantom power supply reliably powers condenser microphones. The workmanship is designed for durability - from the robust rack housing and high-quality rotary controls to the clear 4-digit stereo LED level display for the main output.
The integrated 24-bit DSP processor provides 16 effects - including reverb, echo, flanger and other common modulation effects - which can be called up directly for vocals, instruments or the overall mix. Two aux sends enable monitoring or external effects, separately adjustable and routable.
The built-in MP3 player, which supports both USB sticks and SD cards, is particularly practical. Navigation is via an LCD display on the device or via the IR remote control supplied. This allows playlists, backing tracks or pause music to be played directly via the mixer - without any additional devices.
Additional players such as CD players, recorders or DJ controllers can be integrated via the RCA tape input and output. The USB audio interface also allows audio data to be recorded or played back directly with a connected computer - ideal for podcasts, recordings or streaming setups.
Inside the RM-1422FXA is a powerful Class D power amplifier with 2 x 250 watts RMS into 8 ohms or 2 x 400 watts RMS into 4 ohms - enough power for small to medium-sized sound reinforcement tasks. The speaker outputs are provided via professional speaker sockets, which guarantee a secure connection and high current carrying capacity.
Separate outputs for main mix (XLR), control room, recording (RCA) and two AUX outputs ensure flexible signal routing - for example to monitor speakers, additional zones or recording devices. The adjustable headphone output supports precise pre-listening and monitoring directly on the device.
