In the Dakota Red, the Orion circuits have been adapted to the sound concept of HH Rebellius - the drive section is low-gainiger than that of the Western Drive and has more treble in reserve, so that the drive sound of the Dakota Red can now seamlessly tie in with the original sound of old fender tweed amps in one of its sweet spots. The booster of the Dakota Red can be placed either before or after the drive section. Before that, it offers an additional gain level and behind the drive section an additional volume setting. Both effects can also be used separately.
