The Peavey Dec ade Too Cabinet is the perfect complement to the iconic Peavey Decade Too combo amplifier, which achieved cult status thanks to Josh Homme (Queens of the Stone Age, Eagles of Death Metal). This official expansion speaker not only offers extended sound projection, but also flexible application options - whether as a stand-alone additional speaker or in a compact stack setup under the amp. With its tuned 8" Celestion speaker, chrome rack stand and pivoting tilt mechanism, it combines sonic performance with striking design.
Peavey Electronics has been a leading name in amplifier and sound reinforcement technology for decades. With the Decade Too and the matching Extension Cabinet, Peavey brings back a legendary sound and adds modern features that impress both in the studio and on stage.
The cabinet is equipped with a specially developed 8" Celestion speaker that is optimally tuned to the characteristic sound of the Decade Too combo. The chrome-plated rack stand with swiveling tilt mechanism allows for targeted sound alignment, whether in the studio or live on stage. The stable design allows the amp to be placed securely on the cabinet - for compact setups with improved ground coupling without losing the iconic floating look.
The speaker can be used flexibly: it can be operated separately to widen the room sound or stacked with the combo amp for a powerful "sound wall". In combination with the PHASE switch of the Decade Too amp, targeted feedback experiments and creative sound effects can be realized. The connection is made via a 6.3 mm jack socket. The robust, compact housing is easy to transport, making it ideal for use on stage, in the studio or at home.
The Peavey Decade Too Cabinet is the ideal partner for owners of a Decade Too combo amp. It not only offers a perfect sonic addition, but also visual and practical advantages. For guitarists, bassists and experimental musicians who want to expand their sound and increase their stage presence, this expansion box is a must.
