The Pioneer DJ XDJ-RR is a compact and versatile 2-channel all-in-one DJ controller, perfect for both home and on-the-go performances. The XDJ-RR’s 7-inch color display provides quick visual feedback, displaying key information at a glance for smooth, informed mixing. For DJs wanting to perform without a laptop, pre-analyzed tracks from rekordbox can be exported to a USB drive and played directly on the controller, making it ideal for mobile setups.
The Pioneer DJ XDJ-RR offers a familiar club-standard layout inspired by the NXS2 series, with features designed for intuitive and efficient operation. With two USB-A ports and one USB-B port, it offers flexible options for connecting media sources and laptops. The 7-inch full-color screen keeps you informed of track details, waveforms, and effects, ensuring you stay in control throughout your set. Performance controls like Hot Cues, Beat-Loop, Slip-Loop, and Beat-Jump provide creative options for crafting unique mixes, while the professional FX suite includes Beat FX (Echo, Reverb, Flanger) and Sound Color FX (Filter, Noise, Dub Echo, Pitch).
The XDJ-RR is optimized for rekordbox DJ and includes a license for the software, allowing DJs to prepare sets and analyze tracks with ease. Its Link Expert Mode enables smooth integration with rekordbox, making it ideal for DJs who want a seamless workflow. Tracks can be preloaded onto USB media via rekordbox, allowing you to perform without a laptop. Although not compatible with Serato DJ, the XDJ-RR can be manually configured for use with Traktor Pro 2, adding to its versatility.
The XDJ-RR is designed to deliver excellent audio quality, with a frequency range of 20 Hz to 20 kHz, a signal-to-noise ratio of 112 dB, and a low Total Harmonic Distortion (THD) of 0.003%. For connectivity, the XDJ-RR includes an AUX input (RCA), MIC input (XLR and 6.3 mm), and multiple outputs: Master 1 (XLR), Master 2 (RCA), and headphone jacks (6.3 mm and 3.5 mm).
