Description

The PLX3402 expands the amplifier line to include added power, delivering 700 watts a channel

at 8 ohms, 1100 watts at 4 ohms, and 1700 watts at 2 ohms, making it ideal for powering for subwoofers

and full-range speaker systems.The PLX Series, QSC's newest generation of amplifier technology,

incorporates QSC's exclusive PowerWave™ switching power supply. The PLX line combines the audio

performance of QSC's award-winning PowerLight Series with the value of the best selling MX Series.

The PLX features studio-quality audio performance including a virtually inaudible hum and noise

(-110dB 20Hz-20kHz) and ultra-low distortion performance (.03% THD at rated power into 8 ohms).

Proportional-response clip limiters optimize limiting based on program material to preserve dynamics

and lower distortion, and user selectable low-frequency filters increase usable power and protect

speakers. Other standard features include all-metal XLR and 1/4" balanced inputs, Neutrik Speak-on and

touch-proof binding post outputs, and comprehensive LED indicators including a three-step signal

ladder, true clip, protect, bridge-mono, and parallel input mode status.
