Are you looking for a versatile stage monitor that is also a fully-fledged PA speaker? The RCF NX 912-SMA active 12" multifunctional monitor / PA speaker offers up to 130 dB sound pressure, a powerful 2100 W 2-channel Class D power amplifier and a linear frequency response from 50 Hz to 20,000 Hz. Developed for PA providers, musicians, bands and DJs, this model combines modern DSP technology with robust touring construction.
Whether as a stage monitor, stand-alone speaker system or as a satellite with subwoofer - the NX 912-SMA can be used flexibly and is optimized for both horizontal and vertical positioning.
The RCF NX 912-SMA active 12" multifunctional monitor / PA loudspeaker is equipped with a 2-channel Class D power amplifier that delivers a total of 2100 W peak. Of this, 700 W Peak is for the high frequencies and 1400 W Peak for the low frequencies.
A 1.75-inch compression driver (1.0'' output, 1.75'' voice coil) and a 12-inch woofer with 2.5'' voice coil ensure balanced and powerful reproduction. The crossover frequency is 1600 Hz. The maximum sound pressure level is 130 dB SPL at 1 meter.
The NX 912-SMA features precisely tuned FiRPHASE technology with 0° phase response for linear phase and transparent sound reproduction. As a result, the signal remains clear and defined across the entire frequency spectrum.
The integrated Bass Motion Control offers intelligent control of the woofer excursion and supports controlled, powerful bass reproduction even at higher volumes.
Thanks to TRW Waveguide, a constant coverage of 100° horizontally and 70° vertically is achieved (constant directivity). This means that the listening area is evenly covered - ideal for monitoring applications on stage or as a front PA.
The NX 912-SMA offers combo XLR/jack inputs (balanced/unbalanced) and XLR outputs. The input sensitivity is -2 dBu / +4 dBu. Powercon TRUE1 TOP IN/OUT connections are available for the power supply.
The robust plywood housing is suitable for touring and easy to transport. A handle on the side and another on the top make handling easier. A 35 mm stand flange enables mounting on a distance rod. The sturdy steel grille reliably protects the speaker components.
With dimensions of 320 mm height, 620 mm width and 394 mm depth and a weight of 20 kg, this multifunctional monitor offers a compact and powerful solution for professional applications.
