Are you looking for an uncompromising 15" active loudspeaker with maximum sound pressure and state-of-the-art RCF technology? The RCF NX 945-A delivers up to 135 dB SPL, has a 2100 W 2-channel Class D power amplifier and combines a 4" titanium/neodymium compression driver with a 15" neodymium woofer. Developed for PA rental companies, bands and DJs, this model stands for outstanding performance and absolute reliability.
Whether as a FOH system, as a powerful satellite with subwoofer, as a stage monitor or flown - the NX 945-A offers maximum flexibility with uncompromising sound quality.
The RCF NX 945-A is equipped with a powerful 2-channel Class D power amplifier that delivers a total of 2100 W peak. Of this, 700 W Peak is allocated to the high frequencies and 1400 W Peak to the low frequencies. The maximum sound pressure level is an impressive 135 dB SPL at 1 meter.
A 4-inch titanium/neodymium compression driver (1.4'' output, 4.0'' voice coil) ensures exceptional detail and high assertiveness in the high frequency range. It is complemented by a 15" neodymium woofer with a 3.5" voice coil, which delivers powerful and precise bass. The linear frequency response ranges from 45 Hz to 20,000 Hz, with a crossover frequency at 650 Hz.
The Constant Directivity True Resistive Waveguide ensures an even coverage of 100° horizontally and 70° vertically. This ensures consistent and distortion-free coverage of the listening area - ideal for large event spaces and demanding live applications.
Thanks to the RCF-exclusive FiRPHASE technology with 0° phase response, a linear phase response is achieved across the entire frequency spectrum. Bass Motion Control also ensures intelligent control of the woofer excursion and supports transparent, powerful bass reproduction even at high levels.
The NX 945-A can be optimally adapted to different applications using the Linear, Boost and Stage presets as well as the volume control.
The robust plywood housing is designed for professional touring use. Six M10 mounting points and four Quick-Lock pin mounting points enable versatile mounting options - on a tripod, flying, on the wall or on a truss.
A 35 mm tripod flange, a side handle and a sturdy steel grille round off the features. Powercon TRUE1 TOP IN/OUT connections are available for the power supply. The input sockets are designed as combo XLR/jack, with XLR outputs for signal forwarding.
With dimensions of 705 x 420 x 451 mm and a weight of 27.3 kg, the NX 945-A offers maximum performance with high mobility.
