The RCF NXW 44-A active 2-way PA speaker delivers up to 135 dB SPL, is powered by a 2100 watt Class D amplifier and combines the latest RCF premium transducers with intelligent DSP technology. The RCF NXW 44-A active 2-way PA loudspeaker has a powerful Class D power amplifier with 2100 W peak. Of this, 700 W peak is for the high frequencies and 1400 W peak for the low frequencies. The maximum sound pressure level is an impressive 135 dB SPL at 1 meter.
The 2-way design comprises three 10-inch neodymium high-performance woofers with 2.5'' voice coils and a 3-inch titanium/neodymium compression driver (1.4'' output, 3.0'' voice coil) on a CMD horn. The linear frequency response ranges from 45 Hz to 20,000 Hz, with a crossover frequency at 800 Hz.
The NXW 44-A offers a constant coverage angle of 100° horizontally and 50° vertically. The special constant matching design of the horn ensures precise and even coverage of the listening area - without having to tilt the housing.
With an extended bass range up to 45 Hz, the system is suitable for stand-alone applications as well as in combination with subwoofers for powerful DJ or concert setups of medium size.
The integrated FiRPHASE signal processing ensures linear phasing for transparent and natural sound reproduction. Bass Motion Control intelligently controls the woofer excursion and enables powerful, controlled bass reproduction even at high levels.
Presets such as Linear, Boost and High-Pass as well as the volume control allow the speaker to be optimally adapted to different application scenarios.
The sturdy enclosure made of high-quality Baltic birch multiplex is designed for touring use. Eight M8 mounting points and eight Quick-Lock pin mounts enable secure installations - flown, on the wall or on a truss.
A 35 mm tripod flange allows mounting on a distance rod. Two side handles facilitate transportation. The sturdy steel grille reliably protects the speaker components. IP-certified powerCON TRUE1 TOP inputs and outputs are available for the power supply.
With dimensions of 1080 x 297.5 x 373 mm and a weight of 31.55 kg, the NXW 44-A offers professional performance in a slim, vertical format.
