Enhanced jog wheels with real-time displays

Featuring sleek, touch-sensitive gun-metal jog wheels and high-profile bezels, the Mixon 8 Pro's enhanced jog wheel design allows for significantly more precise control over music. New dynamic on-jog displays keep DJs well-informed with real-time track information, including a virtual needle display, playback position indicator, and track remaining or elapsed play time.

Four FX paddles for instant effects

The first on the market, the Mixon 8 Pro features four rugged, integrated FX paddles that allow immediate and direct control of software effects. Each channel also features a 3-band EQ and dedicated sound filters to further shape the sound (LPF/HPF).

Built-in standalone mixer

The powerful standalone mixer with independent level meters for inputs and outputs provides flexible connectivity for turntables or media players, allowing digital and analog sources to be mixed simultaneously (2x phono/4x line). For even more convenience, the two microphone inputs (XLR/jack), with special talkover functions, can be routed to the mixer channels for perfect control of live vocals with the integrated EQ controls.

2x audio interfaces with USB-C

The Mixon 8 Pro's dual USB audio interface allows you to easily connect two laptops or an iPad (1x USB-B, 1x USB-C/USB-B switch) for a completely seamless handover between DJs. Another new industry highlight, the Mixon 8 Pro offers USB-C device support for the new generation of Apple iPads and MacBooks (including power supply) with 24-bit features for superior audio quality at low latency.

XXL range for performance modes

The Mixon 8 Pro's generous performance area provides convenient access to eight color-coded performance modes, including several software-exclusive modes, for even more creative mixing (Hot Cue, Loop Roll, Saved Loop, Sampler, Pitch Play², Saved Flip³, Slicer, Scratch Bank, Looper Mode, Neural Mix™ Mode, Touch FX)⁴. The 16 large drum pads (30 x 30 mm) feature bright, multi-color backlit LEDs that adjust to the selected performance mode. Their velocity-sensitive technology allows for different expressions depending on the velocity.

Compatibility with Serato DJ Pro and DJAY Pro AI.

The Reloop Mixon 8 Pro was designed from the ground up to offer the smoothest connectivity and software integration possible, right out of the box. With plug-and-play technology, the choice is between Serato DJ Pro or Algoriddim djay Pro AI for direct DJing with up to four decks simultaneously. Multi-platform support thus provides the flexibility to work seamlessly with different software, as well as different devices and platforms on PC, macOS, iPadOS or iOS. The industry-leading DJ software also includes exclusive performance modes, such as Scratch Bank support for Serato to instantly access scratch tools, and Neural Mix™ AI technology for djay Pro AI to isolate vocals, drums and instruments in real time.

DVS and music streaming support

As the successor to the popular Mixon 4, the new Mixon 8 Pro has been optimized to support DVS (Digital Vinyl System), integrating turntables and giving you full, physical control over your music via digital vinyl.⁵ Thanks to integration with popular streaming services such as Tidal¹, Soundcloud¹, Beatport Link¹ or Beatsource Link¹, both software solutions offer instant access to streaming and mixing over 30 million tracks in real time.

Professional hardware layout and controls

The intuitive, club-ready layout with high-resolution ultra-glide faders (100 mm) allows precise tempo adjustments for smooth transitions. In addition to a fully optimized crossfader for fast, sharp cuts, the new, expanded loop section features a shift layer and LED bar that displays the current loop length, which can be easily halved or doubled using the corresponding control buttons. Once Slip mode is activated, the track can be manipulated with loops or scratches without interrupting the flow of the music - the result: endless possibilities for live remixes. To avoid losing track in the middle of the mix, each deck is equipped with Time Mode buttons that easily switch between the track's elapsed and remaining playing time.

The Mixon 8 Pro combines rugged metal plate construction with a sophisticated finish and redesigned layout for ergonomic operation. The new metal transport buttons also offer improved feel and responsiveness. Users of djay Pro AI can even insert an iPhone or iPad Pro (up to 12.9″) into the designated slot on the top of the unit.
