The very thin, single-ply Mylar sheets sound bright and open, with maximum resonance and sustain, which creates an inimitably sensitive playing feel.
The range of applications and textures is wide thanks to further development of the model range. Among other things, the REMO team has succeeded in coming closer than ever before to the sound and feel of an original calfskin drumhead. REMO®-Diplomat drumheads are ideal for very soft to medium-loud playing styles, both live and in the studio. The musical spectrum ranges from marching and orchestral to jazz, pop and acoustic music.
