The RockBoard Power MOD 150 pedalboard amplifier 150W is a powerful, space-saving and innovative solution for musicians who want to add an integrated power amplifier to their pedalboard setup. This compact Class D transistor amplifier makes it possible to drive speaker cabinets directly from the pedalboard - without the need for a separate amplifier. Especially guitarists and bassists who want maximum flexibility with minimum space requirements will benefit from this versatile module.
Thanks to its sophisticated design, the Power MOD 150 can be integrated directly into the MOD slots of all RockBoard® pedalboards (except DUO 2.0, 2.1 and 2.2) or alternatively mounted on pedalboards from other manufacturers. The combination of high power, integrated EQ, switchable speaker simulation and intuitive operation makes it the ideal power amplifier solution for the stage, studio and rehearsal room.
The RockBoard Power MOD 150 delivers an output power of 118 watts into 4 ohms or 70 watts into 8 ohms with only 1% THD - and all this in an extremely compact design. The Class D transistor circuit ensures high efficiency, low heat generation and quiet operation, making the amplifier ideal for professional applications. Musicians who don't want to lug around a heavy power amplifier are provided with a powerful alternative directly on the pedalboard.
The arrangement of all controls on the front is particularly practical. The 3-band EQ (low, mid, high) allows targeted sound shaping, while a volume control adjusts the volume. The additional mute switch allows the signal to be muted silently, e.g. for breaks in a live set. The cab sim switch can be used to activate a speaker simulation if required - particularly useful when playing through full-range speakers or for direct recording.
The front of the module features a 6.35 mm speaker output, a 3.5 mm headphone output, a 3.5 mm AUX IN for external audio sources and a balanced XLR DI output. This makes the Power MOD 150 not only a power amplifier, but also a flexible interface for a wide range of applications - whether for practicing with backing tracks, for silent playing with headphones or for direct connection to a mixing console or audio interface.
The input for the supplied power supply unit (36 VDC, 4.16 A) and the instrument input, via which the pedal signal is fed in, are located on the rear panel. This makes the Power MOD 150 a fully integrated solution that connects perfectly to the signal end of an effects chain - turning the pedalboard into a self-sufficient amplifier system.
With dimensions of just 175 x 116 x 47 mm, the RockBoard Power MOD 150 can be integrated effortlessly even into tight setups. Its weight of just 1.2 kg including the power supply ensures a lightweight overall package that still offers impressive performance. The solid build quality and intuitive layout of all functions make it the ideal tool for all musicians looking for a space-saving yet powerful solution for live and studio use.
The ability to operate a speaker cabinet directly from the pedalboard not only simplifies set-up, but also transportation and sound checks. With the RockBoard Power MOD 150, there is no need for additional amps or complex cabling - the entire setup is centralized and within easy reach on the board.
The RockBoard Power MOD 150 pedalboard amplifier 150W offers a smart solution for modern musicians who want to combine performance, functionality and compactness in one device. With its versatile connection options, practical features and powerful output power, it is a fully-fledged amplifier in pedalboard format - for ambitious beginners as well as for professionals with high demands on their live and recording set-up.
