Technical Details of the Rohema Mr. Muff Mini Muff

With a diameter of 60 mm (2.364''), the Mini Muff is compact yet extremely effective. The outer material consists of dense synthetic faux fur, while the inner material is made of durable polyester. For enhanced damping, a removable, slightly heavier weight has been incorporated into the faux fur, providing additional stability. The magnet in the design prevents the weight from slipping or falling out and allows the muff to be easily folded up when not in use.

The Velcro clip attachment, a tried-and-true solution from Klangmacherei, ensures that the Mini Muff remains securely attached to the hoop. A strong spring guarantees stability in any playing situation. The Velcro strip between the Muff and the clip allows for precise positioning, so the Mini Muff can be placed either on the rim or closer to the center of the drumhead. This flexibility enables drummers to optimize their drums for different sound preferences and playing styles.

Versatility and flexibility for every musical style

The Mr. Muff Mini Muff offers a remarkable range of sonic possibilities. The attenuation ranges from subtle overtone control to rich, warm sounds. This makes it the perfect choice for drummers who prefer retro sounds, as well as for modern music styles that require precise control over the drum’s tone.

Thanks to its robust construction and innovative materials, the Mini Muff is ideally suited for daily use. Whether in the studio, on stage, or during rehearsals, this accessory delivers reliable performance and can be effortlessly adapted to individual needs. Musicians can quickly attach, remove, or reposition the Mini Muff to achieve the desired sound.
