Description

Roland KC-80 Keyboard Amplifier - Compact, powerful and versatile

The Roland KC-80 is a reliable and compact keyboard amplifier with an output of 50 watts that is perfect for the rehearsal room, stage and studio. It offers three independent line channels, a separate AUX input and an XLR microphone input - making it ideal for keyboardists, solo artists or smaller live setups. The revised electronics, an improved 10" speaker and the extended bass response ensure powerful and clear sound in all registers. Thanks to versatile connection options and an integrated mixer, the KC-80 is a flexible solution for every musician's everyday life.

KC series - Proven amplifier technology for keyboard instruments

For many years, the KC series from Roland has stood for robust and powerful-sounding keyboard amplifiers with practical features. The KC-80 continues this tradition and replaces the popular KC-60 with numerous upgrades. Whether on stage, in the rehearsal room or for mobile sound reinforcement - the KC-80 offers sufficient power, intuitive operation and high-quality components, packaged in a sturdy housing with metal sockets for maximum durability.

Technical details of the Roland KC-80

With an output power of 50 watts, the KC-80 offers sufficient reserves for smaller stages, band rehearsals or solo performances. The newly developed 2-way speaker system with an optimized 10" woofer and a separate tweeter ensures clear, powerful reproduction across the entire frequency spectrum - from deep bass to brilliant highs. The revised power amplifier and power supply section delivers improved stability and more precise bass reproduction compared to the previous model.

The integrated 3-channel mixer is equipped with three 6.3 mm line inputs to which various instruments such as keyboards, synthesizers or electric drums can be connected. In addition, the KC-80 offers a separate AUX input with 3.5 mm jack and RCA sockets - ideal for recording backing tracks via smartphone or MP3 player. A vocal microphone can also be connected directly via the integrated XLR microphone input - a perfect solution for singer-songwriters or keyboardists with vocals.

Expansion options and connection diversity

The KC-80 has a subwoofer output that can be used to connect an active subwoofer to boost the bass response even further - ideal for keyboardists with bass-heavy setups or for use as a mini PA. A line out (6.3 mm jack) enables connection to a mixing console or PA system, while the headphone output can be used for quiet practicing. The metal sockets ensure a long service life and reliable signal connections - even with intensive use.

Why the Roland KC-80 is the right choice

With its robust construction, practical features and powerful sound, the Roland KC-80 is the perfect companion for keyboardists and live musicians looking for a compact but versatile amplifier. The simple operation, clear sound and flexible connection options make it a real all-rounder - whether for band rehearsals, smaller stages or the studio. The expandable subwoofer output, the microphone option and the aux inputs round off the system and offer maximum adaptability to any performance situation.
