The Schecter Signature Aaron Marshall AM-6 Tremolo Arctic Jade electric guitar is a modern signature instrument that was developed in close collaboration with Aaron Marshall - the creative head of the progressive metal band Intervals. This guitar is designed for maximum versatility, precision and playing comfort. With its elegant, streamlined shape, high-quality components and well thought-out sound concept, the AM-6 is a professional working instrument for any musical situation - whether on stage, in the studio or for songwriting.
Even visually, the AM-6 is a modern instrument: the Arctic Jade finish looks elegant, progressive and stylish. The basswood body not only ensures a low weight, but also offers a balanced sound base with a clear attack and transparent mid-range reproduction. In combination with the well thought-out design, this results in comfortable ergonomics that are also impressive during longer sessions or live performances.
The bolt-onwengeneck offers maximum stability and an extremely direct playing feel thanks to its carbon reinforcement. The Thin C neck profile in combination with a scale length of 25.5" (648 mm) and a nut width of 42 mm allows fast, precise movements and is perfect for modern techniques such as tapping, sweep picking or complex chord voicings.
The Macassar ebony fingerboard offers a dense, smooth surface with a clear response and high definition. The 24 X-Jumbo stainless steel frets ensure maximum durability, precise intonation and an effortless playing feel - both for leads and rhythmic passages. The flat surface supports modern playing techniques to perfection.
The Schecter USA Solstice on the bridge delivers an assertive, clearly defined signal with plenty of attack - ideal for complex riffs, solos and tight rhythm playing. The USA Equinox neck pickup complements the setup with a warm, round sound and impresses with transparency in clean passages and dynamic lead sounds. This combination covers a broad stylistic spectrum - from progressive metal to ambient and modern fusion.
The Gotoh Vintage 2-Point Tremolo allows sensitive vibrato effects and remains tuning stable even with intensive use. Together with the Hipshot Grip-Lock tuners, the result is a high-precision tuning system that is suitable for everyday use and easily meets professional requirements. The chrome-plated hardware stylishly rounds off the elegant overall look while guaranteeing durability and functionality.
The AM-6 comes with a set of Ernie Ball Regular Slinky (.010-.046) - the perfect compromise between flexibility and stability for versatile players. Whether technically adept solo playing or rhythm-oriented riffing - this setup is immediately ready for a wide variety of styles.
