The Sennheiser EW-D ME2/835-S SET (S4-7) is a versatile digital UHF radio system for professional speech and vocal applications. With a robust stationary receiver, an SKM-S handheld transmitter with MMD 835 microphone module and a bodypack transmitter including ME 2 lavalier microphone, this set combines maximum flexibility for stages, conferences, presentations or hybrid event formats.

Operation in the UHF frequency range 630-662 MHz offers a long range, high signal stability and low risk of interference. Thanks to the intelligent EW-D Smart Assist app, setup is quick and easy - without any prior technical knowledge.

One solution, two applications - microphone and lavalier in one set

The set combines two professional transmission options:

• SKM-S handheld transmitter with MMD 835 microphone module (dynamic, cardioid) - ideal for singing and presenting on stage
• Bodypack transmitter with ME 2 lavalier microphone (omnidirectional) - perfect for unobtrusive voice transmission during presentations or interviews

Both transmitters offer 134 dB input dynamic range - without any gain adjustment - and thus preserve every sonic detail, even during very dynamic performances.

Digital UHF technology - clear, reliable, interference-free

The digital signal processing works latency-free(only 1.9 ms) and delivers interference-free audio transmission without noise or interference. Compared to 2.4 GHz systems, UHF technology enables a significantly greater range and channel stability.

With 2,240 selectable frequencies within a 56 MHz switching bandwidth, up to 90 channels can be operated simultaneously - ideal for large stages, event technology or multi-channel installations.

Intelligent setup and control via app

The EW-D Smart Assist app gives you complete control over your system via Bluetooth®. From frequency scanning and pairing to real-time control - everything works easily, quickly and clearly via smartphone.

The automatic setup ensures reliable connections with minimal effort - ideal for beginners and professionals alike.

Long-lasting operation with rechargeable battery pack or batteries

The scope of delivery includes a BA 70 Li-ion battery pack with up to 12 hours of runtime. Alternatively, the system can also be operated with AA batteries (up to 8 hours). This flexibility makes the set ideal for changing locations or long show days.
