The Sennheiser EW-DP ME4 Set Y1-3 is a professional digital lavalier wireless system for film productions, presentations, conferences, and live events. The portable set consists of the EW-DP EK receiver, the EW-D SK pocket transmitter, and the ME 4 lavalier microphone with a cardioid polar pattern, along with a comprehensive range of accessories for mounting on cameras or rigs.
Digital UHF transmission ensures a stable wireless connection with a long range and significantly higher reliability than typical 2.4-GHz systems. Thanks to an exceptional input dynamic range of 134 dB, even very loud signals can be transmitted without distortion—without any manual gain adjustment on the transmitter.
The ME 4 lavalier microphone included in the set features a cardioid polar pattern and is particularly well-suited for noisy environments, as it reduces ambient noise and clearly highlights the voice. This makes the system ideal for interviews, hosting, and presentations.
The compact receiver attaches to cameras or hot shoes via a well-designed mounting plate. A magnetic mount allows the receiver to be quickly attached and removed in just a few seconds.
Thanks to a switching bandwidth of up to 56 MHz, a free transmission channel can be found quickly—even in challenging radio environments.
