Description

The Sigma SOMR-45V is an Orchestra Model acoustic guitar, with all-solid construction and both tonal and visual highlights. The combination of rosewood for the body and Sitka spruce for the top delivers a lively sound with excellent dynamics, while elaborate abalone bindings and inlays emphasize the classic, noble appearance. The sound is underlined by back and sides made of Indian rosewood, which harmonizes perfectly with the spruce top. At the same time, the ultra-thin nitrocellulose lacquer finish allows the acoustic guitar to resonate freely and unhindered. The wide ebony fingerboard of the Sigma Guitars SOMR-45V, with a stately 44.5 mm nut size, offers sufficient space for a clean fingering, while the mahogany neck with its well-proportioned profile nestles comfortably in the hand. In addition, precious fingerboard inlays made of iridescent abalone provide perfect orientation between the 20 frets. Also made of abalone are the filigree "Torch" inlay on the headstock and elaborate bindings around the body, which emphasize the classic silhouette of the steelstring guitar.
