With the Kommodor.25, Sinn7 releases an ultra portable USB/MIDI controller keyboard that is equally well equipped for live gigs and for recording studios. With 25 velocity sensitive keys there is enough room for compositions - the compactness makes it portable enough in order to spontaneously start producing when riding a train for example. Alongside the freely assignable pitch and modulation wheels the Kommodor.25 is equipped with eight MIDI compatible turning knobs. These are designed to control hardware and software parameters, for real-time manipulations or for live gigs with audio and video effects. The data linefader and the optional sustain pedal offer further controlling options. All knobs are freely assignable with all MIDI channels and can be saved comfortably on ten presets. This way various setups or virtual instruments can be recalled at the push of a button. Thanks to USB the connection is imaginably easy - even when being mobile one can get by without an external mains adapter. In order to hit the ground running as producer or live act, Sinn7 has added a special software version of Ableton Live. An easy-cutting design, vast features - all of this at a reaonable price, that makes sense.
