The Soundcraft Ui24R is a 24-channel mixing console with integrated stagebox, designed for use on stage as well as in the studio. It offers 20 high-quality Studer microphone preamps that guarantee a natural and clear sound. The channels are equipped with extensive signal processing options such as a 4-band parametric EQ, compressor, gate, de-esser and high-pass filter, allowing precise control over each individual channel. Two channels also offer DigiTech amp modeling, which is particularly interesting for guitarists.
With the Ui24R, up to ten devices can be connected and controlled simultaneously via dual-band Wi-Fi, Ethernet and HDMI port. The graphical mixing console interface works on all common operating systems (iOS, Android, Windows, Mac OS, Linux) and can be easily operated via HTML5-compatible browsers - no additional app is required. The user interface provides access to all functions of the mixing console, including effect control, EQ and level control. In addition, the HDMI port enables control via a monitor, which is particularly useful for fixed installations.
The Ui24R is not only a mixing console, but also a fully-fledged multi-track recorder. 22 tracks can be recorded simultaneously directly to a USB stick or a connected DAW system. The USB-B port enables additional 32-channel recording and can be used as an audio interface for studio recordings. The low latency of the USB-B port makes it the ideal solution for real-time recording and post-processing, while external plug-ins can be integrated and used. Parallel recording to USB stick and computer opens up a wide range of creative and practical possibilities for live performances and studio sessions.
The Ui24R features an extensive range of effects and signal processing tools from renowned brands such as dbx, Lexicon and DigiTech. The eight aux busses are equipped with a 31-band graphic EQ, AFS2 feedback suppression and dbx compressor. The stereo sum also offers a 31-band EQ and dbx compressor. Four Lexicon effect busses offer a selection of high-quality effects such as reverb, delay, chorus and room. The 120-band Real Time Analyzer enables precise sound analysis and control over inputs and outputs. With these tools, users can adapt the sound to any environment and audience while avoiding unwanted feedback.
