The neck made from roasted Canadian maple with a Modern D profile and satin finish offers a pleasant feel and quick playability. The Ebony Tech fingerboard with 24 jumbo frets and a fingerboard radius of 14" ensures precise playing, clear articulation and effortless technique - whether for fast solos, complex riffing or precise chord work.
With two Spira Villain™ humbuckers in HH configuration, the T-420 delivers a powerful, modern sound with 12k output and ceramic magnets. The pickups are specially designed for high-gain applications, but retain their clarity and definition even with extreme distortion.
Whether powerful rhythm parts or singing solos - the Villains offer a wide sound palette with plenty of dynamics and assertiveness. They react in a nuanced way to playing style and attack and are therefore ideal for progressive metal, hard rock, djent or fusion.
The locking tremolo system from Sung-il (made in Korea) allows expressive playing with absolute tuning stability - even with intensive use. Divebombs, vibrato effects and pitch manipulations are no problem - the strings reliably return to their original position. Together with the locking tuners in black hardware, the system guarantees professional performance without compromise.
A 43 mm wide bone nut and the stable construction ensure precise intonation, long tuning life and consistent playability across all 24 frets. Operation is via a volume and tone control - simple, intuitive and effective.
