The first medieval electronic musical instrument
With the EP-1320 medieval, Teenage Engineering presents a new addition to the EP family. Dedicated entirely to the sounds of the Middle Ages, the device transports the look and feel of its brother EP-133 K.O.II back centuries and is characterized by its unique instrument library. The first medieval electronic musical instrument has hundreds of onboard sounds and instrument sounds of the Middle Ages that make the journey through time perfect with magical melodies, sensual songs and bombastic beats.
In addition to a wealth of one-shot samples, the Instrumentalis Electronicum offers a range of easy-to-play medieval instruments - ready to play on the dynamic pads or on an external midi keyboard. Hurdy-gurdies, lutes, Gregorian chants, thunderous drums and percussive Foley FX. The EP-1320 is the first of its kind: with a vast library of phrases, ready-to-play instruments and one-shot samples from an age when darkness reigned supreme, the instrumentali electronicum is the ultimate and only medieval beat machine.
EP-1320 contains hundreds of medieval sounds and samples, a redesigned set of send effects and punch-in FX, a brand new arpeggiator and a collection of cleverly captured multi-sampled instruments. In addition, the line input and internal microphone allow you to sample your own sounds in seconds.
In demo mode, 9 medieval songs can be selected for jamming with the sounds and instruments of the four banks. Add a few punch-in FX and you'll be ready to whip any tavern into a frenzy in no time! (also perfect for banquets and parties).
