The Valeton VLP-400 is a powerful dual looper with extensive creative possibilities for guitarists, bassists and vocalists. With two independent loops, high-quality 32-bit/48 kHz audio processing and an integrated stereo drum machine, it offers impressive sound quality and flexible control options.

Thanks to the innovative collaboration mode (SERIAL & FREE), two loops can either be played in parallel or switched seamlessly. In addition, 7 real-time effects are available, including Octave, Reverse, Freeze, Half, Fade, Once and Solo, to customize loops. The robust metal housing and intuitive operation make the VLP-400 a reliable tool for studio and stage.

Technical details of the Valeton VLP-400

The Valeton VLP-400 offers two independent loops that can be controlled and recorded separately. The integrated intelligent overdub function enables overdubs to be doubled so that a track can be recorded exactly as a multiple of the loop duration.

A special highlight is the 100-pattern drum machine, which offers a variety of drum kits from different genres (rock, pop, jazz, metal, electronic, etc.). The drum tracks can be automatically synchronized with the loops, resulting in perfect rhythmic coordination.

The VLP-400 supports the storage of 99 projects, with each project containing up to 6 minutes of stereo recording. This results in a maximum recording time of 7 hours. All saved projects retain the loop recordings, drum rhythm and BPM settings.

Control is via three footswitches(Loop 1, Loop 2, Drum) and two additional assignable switches. The USB-C port makes it easy to manage saved projects via software.
