Yamaha YDP-145 R Rosewood Digitalpiano Product Details

Description

Long-lasting pleasure - your new ARIUS.

Thanks to the instrument's distinctive sound and expressive handling, it feels like a real piano. It almost plays itself, releasing the sound and music you carry inside. Start your day with music and great joy - the ARIUS Piano makes you want to play more.

Great, tremendous sound, based on the world-class Yamaha CFX concert grand piano.

The YDP-145's piano sound was sampled from Yamaha's top-quality CFX concert grand piano - a world-class piano that combines brilliant highs and strong, resonant basses to create a highly expressive sound. The YDP-145 has the same individual sound - from the low to the high keys - full of brilliance and rich in colorful harmonic content. The instrument offers you exceptional expressiveness and nuance, authentic for both daily practice and your most emotional performances.

True acoustic performance and comprehensive control thanks to the half-pedal unit.

With its 88-key piano action, the Graded Hammer Standard (GHS) keyboard mimics the touch of an acoustic piano, from a naturally heavy feel in the lower keys to a lighter touch in the upper octaves. This keyboard provides the flexibility and feel of a grand piano, allowing for quick repetitions and authentic control of expression. In addition, a half-position damper function is provided to authentically replicate the damper action of a grand piano, allowing a wide range of expression variations.

Overtone resonance like a real grand piano - Virtual Resonance Modelling Lite (VRM LITE).

One of the most fascinating features of a grand piano is the characteristic resonance created by the vibration of the entire instrument. The YDP-145 reproduces this powerful resonance effect through a breakthrough technology called Virtual Resonance Modeling Lite (VRM Lite). VRM Lite creates a varied sound by simulating the complex resonances that occur when the vibrations of the strings are transmitted to the soundboard and other strings. This process depends on the timing and intensity of playing on the keyboard and pedals.

Concise and powerful sound caused by "Tone Escapement Contruction".

The newly developed "Tone Escapement" technology is used on the back of the YDP-145, which brings the sound from inside the piano to the outside in addition to the speakers. This allows you to achieve natural sound dispersion and three-dimensional resonance just like an acoustic piano.

A variety of preloaded songs combined with the Smart Pianist app for intuitive operation.

In addition to authentic grand piano sounds, the YDP-145 also features various other instruments with a total of 10 sounds - including electric piano, organ, vibraphone, and strings. In addition, the YDP-145 has 353 built-in songs, including 50 famous classical pieces, and 303 extensive exercises based on famous methods such as those of Beyer, Burgmüller, Czerny and Hanon. The instrument is also compatible with Yamaha's free Smart Pianist app - simply download it to your smart device and connect it to the instrument. With the Smart Pianist app, you can easily operate the instrument's various tuning functions and access the score display of internal and external songs. It also has a comprehensive Piano Room function that allows you to customize the sound quality and resonance settings for the piano sound to suit your needs.
