Apprenticeship: E-Commerce Management Assistant (m/f/d)
At our headquarters in Oschatz, you will train to become an E-Commerce Management Assistant.
E-Commerce Management Assistants use digital channels to sell goods and services. You will gain solid skills in online shop systems, online marketing, search engines, social media, web controlling, logistics, and merchandise management. With us, you will advise customers on musical instruments, DJ equipment, and accessories – digitally across all platforms of Musikhaus Korn, Modellbahnshop, and Deejayladen. You will maintain content in the shops, optimize processes, and support sales and promotional activities.
Training duration: 3 years
Training start: August 2026
Your Tasks (Overview)
- Evaluate, select, and use e-commerce sales channels
- Design, manage, and further develop product ranges online
- Apply KPI-based management in e-commerce
- Prepare and implement online marketing measures
- Initiate and process online contracts
- Customer support (in person, by phone, in writing)
- Product presentation in the online shop
- Purchasing and procurement of goods
- Administrative and organizational tasks

- Good intermediate school certificate or good A-levels
- Commitment and ability to work independently

- Strong communication skills, both written and spoken
- Analytical and logical thinking
