Ibanez TCY10PA-BKB Transparent Brown Black Burst High Gloss Talman Acoustic Guitar

With the Ibanez TCY10PA-BKB, the legendary Talman series expands the horizons of acoustic sound—perfect for electric guitarists looking for a comfortable acoustic companion without having to sacrifice their familiar playing style. Its eye-catching double-cutaway body in Transparent Brown Black Burst High Gloss combines exceptional aesthetics with modern ergonomics and a powerful sound.

Hybrid body for style and versatility

The Talman series stands for individuality, and the TCY10PA-BKB embodies this in every way. The linden top with a poplar burl art grain design not only provides a striking appearance but also ensures a well-defined tone with clear highs. Sapele sides and back lend the sound depth and warmth—ideal for dynamic strumming or gentle fingerpicking.

Playing comfort like an electric guitar

The okoume neck with TCY profile feels slim and comfortable in the hand—perfect for players coming from electric guitar. The purpleheart fingerboard not only looks elegant but also delivers a warm, articulate tone. With a scale length of 650 mm (25.6") and a nut width of 42 mm, the guitar offers comfortable playing conditions across the entire fretboard. The neck joint at the 16th fret also allows for easy access to the highest notes.

Electronics for the stage and studio

The TCY10PA-BKB is equipped with an Ibanez undersaddle pickup, which transmits the acoustic sound transparently and naturally to an amplifier or PA system. The AEQ-2T preamp with bass and treble controls offers easy tone shaping, while the built-in tuner ensures perfect tuning at all times—even without a cable plugged in.

Practical details for hassle-free everyday life as a musician

The Purpleheart bridge ensures direct sound transmission with natural warmth. The Ibanez Advantage™ bridge pins provide a secure hold and make changing strings easier—ideal for frequent players or for a quick change before a gig.

Conclusion: Stylish, comfortable, versatile

The Ibanez TCY10PA-BKB is a modern all-rounder for anyone who wants to combine the comfort of an electric guitar with the acoustic sound spectrum of an acoustic guitar. With its unique look, player-friendly design, and proven Ibanez electronics, it’s an inspiring addition to any collection—whether on stage, in the studio, or at home.
