For the player who loves the quality of the Ovation Celebrity collection but wants to take it a step further, the Celebrity Standard Exotic is just the ticket. The only thing "standard" is the traditional soundhole design in the center. This model features a heavily grained, flamed koa top. Like all Celebrity Standards, this guitar just feels right thanks to the effortlessly playable satin finish neck, 10" radius fingerboard and the way the top responds. The center soundhole provides a clear and loud resonance thanks to the Scalloped-X bracing. For live use, the Celebrity Standard is equipped with an Ovation Slimline pickup and an OP-4CT preamp system with three-band EQ and built-in tuner. The medium-depth body made of Lyrachord material is deep enough to provide warm bass, but shallow enough to make music comfortably. When you want to create, write, play or perform, the Celebrity Collection is ready to go.
