RCF – Quality Down to the Last Detail

As an established manufacturer of professional loudspeaker systems, RCF focuses not only on perfect sound quality but also on practical accessories. The RCF CVR 004 is a prime example of the brand’s attention to detail: Sturdy materials, clean workmanship, and a perfect fit combine here with well-thought-out features that make daily use easier.

A high-quality protective cover is indispensable, especially in mobile stage or event operations. The CVR 004 offers durable protection without compromise and has been proven to extend the lifespan of the equipment it protects.

Technical Details of the RCF CVR 004

The exterior of the cover is made of durable 600D polyester with a PVC-based coating. This material is particularly tear-resistant, water-repellent, and resistant to mechanical stress. The interior is lined with 190T taffeta—also PVC-based—which provides a soft yet durable inner structure that protects the subwoofer’s enclosure.

A 10 mm-thick layer of foam provides the necessary cushioning during transport or when stored in a case or storage room. Zippers with Velcro flaps on the front and back allow quick access to handles and controls—without having to remove the cover entirely. The embroidered black RCF logo gives the cover a subtle yet professional look.

Why the RCF CVR 004 is the perfect complement

An investment in high-quality equipment such as the SUB 705-AS MK3 or SUB 905-AS MK3 should be complemented by appropriate protection—and that’s exactly where the RCF CVR 004 comes in. Not only does it protect against external factors such as moisture, dust, or impacts, but it also makes daily use of the speaker easier thanks to its smart openings and easy handling.

The case is precisely tailored to the dimensions of the RCF models mentioned and therefore fits like a glove—no slipping, no unnecessary slack. The padding makes both transport and temporary storage significantly safer, which is a decisive advantage especially for rental companies, event technicians, or tour productions.

Anyone who wants to preserve the value of their equipment over the long term will find the RCF CVR 004 a clear choice for safety, convenience, and durability.
