The ALUTRUSS DECOLOCK DQ4-500 is a short, lightweight, and versatile 4-point truss with a length of 50 cm. It is part of the proven DECOLOCK DQ4 system and was developed specifically for decorative installations in trade show construction, retail design, exhibition design, interior design, as well as in nightclubs and theaters. Despite its compact dimensions, it impresses with its high stability and elegant design.

Part of the flexible DECOLOCK DQ4 truss system

The truss is connected via four conical connectors with pins and split pins, creating a force- and form-fit connection. The proven Quick-Lock system enables fast, tool-free assembly—ideal for temporary applications and changing setups, such as at trade shows or in storefront design.

Lightweight construction with a high-quality appearance

The 35 mm aluminum channel tubes with a 2 mm wall thickness ensure low weight while providing sufficient load-bearing capacity. The struts, with a 10 mm diameter and 2 mm wall thickness, provide additional stability and give the truss its characteristic, decorative appearance. Weighing just 2.20 kg, the DQ4-500 is particularly easy to transport and assemble.

Compact dimensions for flexible applications

With a length of 50 cm and external dimensions of 22 x 22 cm, the crossbar is ideal for detailed constructions, short connections, or as part of modular decorative frames. Its compact size makes it the perfect component for space-saving yet stable solutions in the design and event sectors.

Customizable design—also available in RAL colors

As standard, the crossbar is finished in aluminum colors. Optionally, it is available in any RAL color to blend perfectly into corporate identity concepts or creative interior designs—whether in retail spaces, at trade show booths, or in architectural projects.

Certified quality – Made in Europe

The DECOLOCK DQ4-500 is manufactured in Europe and meets all requirements of the VPLT SQ P1 standard. Manufacturing is carried out using the TIG pulse welding process with AlMg 5 filler metal and high-quality AlMgSi 0.5 aluminum. The system is TÜV Süd certified, and a load table for structural design is available online.
