The ALUTRUSS QUADLOCK QL-ET34-1000 is a high-quality 4-point truss with a length of 100 cm, specially developed for demanding applications in stage construction, trade show construction, and event technology. Thanks to its outstanding stability, optimal weight-to-load-capacity ratio, and quick assembly via the Quick-Lock system, this truss is perfectly suited for both temporary and permanent installations.

The QL-ET34 series is based on the 4-point connection system with tapered connectors, pins, and split pins, which enables a force- and form-fit connection. The Quick-Lock connection ensures efficient, tool-free assembly and makes the truss particularly attractive for mobile use on tours, at events, and at trade shows.

High-quality materials for maximum load-bearing capacity

Manufactured from the EN-AW 6082 T6 (AlMgSi1 T6) aluminum alloy, the truss offers excellent strength combined with low weight. The channels with a 50 mm diameter and 2 mm wall thickness, as well as braces with a 20 mm diameter and the same 2 mm wall thickness, ensure optimal torsional rigidity and load-bearing capacity —ideal for demanding rigging, lighting, and decorative structures.

Compact dimensions, big impact

With a length of 100 cm and external dimensions of 29 x 29 cm, the truss is compact yet extremely durable. It is ideal for modular system structures, truss frames, truss cubes, and more. The hole center spacing of 240 mm complies with the system standard and ensures maximum compatibility with other elements of the QL-ET34 system.

Professional craftsmanship – Made in Europe

The truss is manufactured in Europe using the TIG pulse welding process and AlMg 5 welding material. All ALUTRUSS truss elements are manufactured by SLV-certified welders and are subject to TÜV Süd supervision. The high-gloss polished surface makes the truss a real visual highlight—perfect for visible applications on stages and at trade shows.
