The ALUTRUSS TOWERTRUSS TQTR-2000 is an extremely stable 4-point truss with a length of 200 cm, designed specifically for vertical use in tower systems, ground supports, and other load-bearing structures in the stage, trade show, and event sectors. Its robust construction, certified safety, and easy assembly make it the ideal choice for demanding, heavy-duty applications.

Part of the professional TQTR system

The truss is a component of the ALUTRUSS TOWERTRUSS TQTR truss system, which is based on four conical connectors with pins and cotter pins. This connection ensures a force- and form-fit connection between the truss elements—with maximum load-bearing capacity and stability. The Quick-Lock system also enables fast, tool-free assembly—ideal for touring, mobile stages, and large events.

Material Thickness for Maximum Load Capacity

The four chord tubes consist of 50 mm aluminum tubing with a 4 mm wall thickness, which is significantly above the standard and guarantees a particularly high load-bearing capacity. The 20 mm diameter struts (2 mm wall thickness) provide additional torsional rigidity and offer plenty of space for couplers, hooks, or clamps. This makes the TQTR-2000 ideal for setting up Tower Systems I and II, for PA towers, LED supports, or rigging applications.

Ideal for vertical structures

With a length of 200 cm and external dimensions of 29 x 29 cm, this truss is perfectly suited for vertical installation in towers. Thanks to its sturdy construction combined with a manageable weight of 17.75 kg, it can be used flexibly and safely in everyday rigging work.

Manufactured in Europe – TÜV Süd certified

The ALUTRUSS TQTR-2000 is manufactured in Europe and TÜV Süd certified. Production is carried out using the TIG pulse welding process with AlMg 5 filler metal based on the high-quality aluminum alloy AlMgSi 0.5. A load chart for structural design is available online.

Important: This truss system must not be combined with other systems. It is intended exclusively for the TOWERTRUSS TQTR system.
