The crossbars and connecting elements included in the set are made of high-quality aluminum(EN-AW 6082 T6) with 50 mm chord tubes and 2 mm wall thickness. The 16 mm thick struts provide additional torsional rigidity. By using the Quick-Lock system with conical connectors, pins and cotter pins, assembly is quick, tool-free and extremely stable.

Curved elements for a perfect circular structure

The eight included 45° circle elements together create a complete inner circle with a 6 m diameter. They are easy to integrate into the system and ensure an even, stable circular structure - ideal for central installations, circular lighting or suspended truss circles above stages and dance floors.

Stable structure with floor connection

The four included end plates (QQG cone male M-10) are used for secure floor anchoring and enable free-standing or floor-mounted constructions. The plates are pre-assembled and have an M10 thread for optional accessories such as rubber feet, threaded rods or screw connections.

Made in Europe - TÜV-certified

All components are manufactured in Europe and monitored by TÜV Süd. The welded joints are made using the TIG pulse process with AlMg 5 welding material. A load table for static planning is available online - perfect for specialist planners and technicians.

Important: This truss system must not be combined with other systems. It is designed exclusively for use in the QUADLOCK 6082 system.
