Apprenticeship: Marketing Communications Assistant (m/f/d)
At our headquarters in Oschatz, you will train as a Marketing Communications Assistant.
You will develop target group-oriented marketing and advertising measures, coordinate their implementation, and evaluate the results.
Training duration: 3 years
Training start: August 2026
Your Tasks (Overview)
- Prepare and support marketing activities in direct marketing, dialogue marketing, social media marketing, and event marketing
- Prepare public appearances and sales activities
- Editorial work and content maintenance in the webshops
- Create newsletters
- Manage social media presences
- Targeted product marketing through these channels
What You Should Bring
- Good intermediate school certificate or good A-levels
- Knowledge of Adobe tools
- Knowledge of image editing
- Good English skills and confidence in writing
- Confident use of MS Office
- HTML knowledge is an advantage
- Technical understanding and the ability to think in a target group-oriented way
- Affinity for media
- Creativity, reliability, and organizational talent
- Communication skills and ability to work in a team
