A clever hybrid of a classic, self-contained instrument and a modular synthesizer, MiniBrute 2 offers plenty of room for inspiration. Two of the popular hatching oscillators and a modified Steiner-Parker filter are included.Sound tinkerers are happy about new features like linear FM, hardsync and two freely assignable LFOs. The new generation of the MiniBrute also offers an integrated step sequencer and arpeggiator. Even with supported interfaces it is not ambitious: Especially the comprehensive integrated patchbay allows to explore the brute universe even deeper.

Despite the flexible possibilities, the hands-on philosophy of the predecessor is retained: Dedicated controls give you immediate sound control over every single parameter. Build a few patches from the included preset cookbook, deepen and refine your knowledge of sound synthesis and create your own creations.
