Torrefied master grade top for a vintage sound

At the heart of the GOLD DC6 is the solid Sitka spruce top in Mastergrade quality, which has been torrefied using the aged-to-vintage process. This special process simulates the natural ageing of wood and gives the guitar an open, warm sound rich in overtones from the very first moment. The Advanced Scalloped X-Bracing, also torrefied, supports the free vibration of the top and ensures precise response, clear definition and dynamic reaction in every playing style.

Solid mahogany body for warm mids and depth

The solid mahogany sides and back ideally complement the spruce top. Mahogany gives the sound a pleasant warmth, balanced mids and a controlled bass response - ideal for strumming as well as delicate picking. The dreadnought shape ensures powerful projection and a full volume in the overall sound, while the cutaway allows easy access to the high registers.

Sturdy neck construction with double lock neck joint

The glued mahogany neck is equipped with the innovative Double Lock Neck Joint, which is also screwed together to ensure a particularly strong connection with the body. The result: improved vibration transmission, more sustain and a more direct playing feel. With a scale length of 648 mm and a nut width of 43 mm, the GOLD DC6 is comfortable to play and ideal for a wide range of styles.

Macassar ebony for fingerboard and bridge

Both the fingerboard and the bridge are made of fine Macassar ebony (Diospyros celebica), which is characterized by its hardness, fine structure and excellent sound properties. Abalone dot inlays provide elegant visual accents. The real bone nut and the bridge inlay contribute to a natural tone development and precise intonation.

Fishman Flex Blend - naturally amplified

For the stage, the guitar is equipped with the Fishman Flex Blend preamp - a high-quality system that combines pickup and microphone technology. It delivers a transparent, clear and natural sound with simple operation. The controls are discreetly housed in the frame and enable precise tone control - ideal for live situations, studio recordings or rehearsals with amplification.

The Deluxe Vintage machine heads in gold finish ensure stylish design and reliable tuning stability.
