Furch Grand Nylon GNc 2-CW Konzertgitarre

The Grand Nylon series combines two guitar worlds: the sound and lightness of classical guitar playing with the ergonomic properties of a steel string neck. The GNc 2-CW has a cedar top and black walnut back and sides. These tonewoods not only give the guitar a pleasant musical sound, but also a beautiful natural look. A proven body design and an internal bracing pattern ensure an optimal balance of volume, sustain and dynamics.

Unique voicing process

The premium character of the GNc 2-CW is underlined by the fact that the soundboard is individually tuned using the voicing process, which raises the tonal characteristics of the instrument to the highest level. This gives the GNc 2-CW a crystal-clear, harmonically rich, balanced and highly dynamic sound across the entire tonal spectrum.

Open-pore finish

The instrument has an open-pore finish, a special thin varnish that enhances the natural sound characteristics of tonewoods and provides excellent surface protection.

Attractive appearance

The attractive appearance of the GNc 2-CW is emphasized by a rosette with double ring and black walnut inlay as well as a tortoiseshell body binding.

Furch CNR System neck construction

A high-precision, double-action truss rod ensures the stability of the neck and allows fine adjustment of the neck relief on both sides. The truss rod is housed in a high-strength carbon housing, which enables a very smooth and controlled neck relief and thus ensures the best playability and a permanently optimal setup.
