Round Shoulder design for balanced sound characteristics

The body shape is based on the legendary round shoulder dreadnought, known for its natural balance between bass, mids and trebles. The solid Sitka spruce top provides powerful projection and dynamics, while the mahogany back and sides lend the sound a warm depth. The matt finish allows the natural grain of the wood to shine through and underlines the authentic character of the guitar.

Playing comfort for every day

The mahogany neck with a "C" profile and specially rounded neck edge is comfortable to hold and is ideal for chord playing and fast runs. The fretboard made of laurel wood is durable, easy to grip and, with 20 frets and a nut width of 43 mm, offers optimum conditions for versatile playing techniques - from fingerstyle to strumming.

Stage-ready with integrated pickup

Thanks to the Fishman Presys II system including pickup, 2-band EQ and integrated tuner, you can easily amplify the HJD2-E on stage or in the rehearsal room - without external accessories. Two strap pins ensure full stage suitability, and a stick-on pickguard is also included so that you can customize the look of the guitar as you wish.
