Ibanez TCY10PA-CBS Cosmic Blue Starburst High Gloss Talman Acoustic Guitar

Ibanez TCY10PA-CBS Cosmic Blue Starburst High Gloss Talman Acoustic-Electric Guitar

The Ibanez TCY10PA-CBS brings a breath of fresh air to the world of acoustic guitars—with a striking Cosmic Blue Starburst High Gloss finish, a modern double-cutaway body, and a playing feel that will be instantly familiar to electric guitarists. As part of the popular Talman series, this model is designed for musicians looking for an acoustic instrument that combines style, comfort, and reliable electronics—ideal for the stage, the studio, or songwriting sessions.

Distinctive Design, Powerful Sound

The top of the TCY10PA-CBS is made of linden with poplar burl-style grain—an eye-catching design with unique grain patterns. Complemented by Sapele for the back and sides, the result is a warm, full-bodied tone with brilliant highs and focused mids. The compact Talman body with a double cutaway not only offers high recognition value but also optimal access to the higher frets.

Playing comfort tailored to electric guitar playing habits

The okoume neck with a TCY profile and a 648 mm (25.6") scale length is ideally suited for electric guitarists. The purpleheart fingerboard adds depth to the tone and gives the guitar an elegant finish. With a nut width of 42 mm and the neck joint at the 16th fret, the playing feel remains pleasantly slim—ideal for chords, licks, and soloing.

Flexibly amplified with intuitive electronics

For amplified performance, the TCY10PA-CBS is equipped with an Ibanez undersaddle pickup that precisely captures the natural acoustic sound. The AEQ-2T preamp with 2-band EQ (bass & treble) allows for easy tone shaping. The built-in tuner works even without a cable connected—ideal for impromptu gigs or rehearsals.

Practical and thoughtfully designed down to the last detail

The Purpleheart bridge ensures direct vibration transfer and complements the high-quality wood finish. The Ibanez Advantage™ bridge pins provide a secure hold and make changing strings easier—ideal for quick adjustments on tour or in the studio.

Conclusion: A modern acoustic-electric guitar with style and substance

The Ibanez TCY10PA-CBS is more than just an eye-catcher. It offers electric guitarists a familiar playing feel, versatile tone, and reliable stage performance—all wrapped up in a unique design. Ideal for anyone looking for an acoustic guitar with character, power, and comfort.
