The N44G DJ IMP SD stylus is crisp and clear in the higher frequencies. At the same time with strong bass, powerful and pronounced, it rounds off a lively, powerful and dynamic sound image. JICO "SD" styli are made entirely of synthetic diamonds. Synthetic diamonds (SD) are artificially produced diamonds that have the same chemical composition, crystal structure, optical/physical properties and hardness as natural diamonds (ND). Natural diamonds vary in hardness due to their natural formation, while synthetic diamonds offer the advantage of consistent hardness. The shape of the SD points is conical. Their guaranteed playback time has been set at 200 hours.
The JICO N-44G DJ IMP SD replacement stylus is suitable for the JICO J44D system and as a replica also suitable for the Shure M44G pickup system.
