The Laney LFR-412 active full-range speaker with linear frequency response is a true revolution in the field of digital guitar amplification. As the world's first 4x12" FRFR cabinet designed specifically for modeling and profiling rigs, it brings the iconic look and physical feel of a classic 4x12 cabinet to the world of digital flexibility. With 2600 watts of peak power, LA-IR Impulse Response technology and dual IR functionality, the LFR-412 sets new standards for live and studio sound - uncompromising, precise and impressive.

Designed for modern guitarists

The LFR-412 was developed in close collaboration with Devin Townsend and is aimed at professional musicians who work with digital setups and don't want to do without the typical playing feel of a real cabinet. Combining four 12" HH BLACK SERIES woofers and a 1" La Voce DF10 compression driver, it delivers clear, dynamic and above all linear reproduction - without tonal coloration, but with the punch and character you would expect from a real 4x12.

LA-IR technology - impulse responses directly in the cabinet

LA-IR (Laney Advanced Impulse Response) technology is based on 56-bit FIR filters and enables high-quality cabinet emulations directly in the cabinet - without additional processor load on your modeling rig. Two high-quality IRs from Devin Townsend are already pre-installed. The integrated USB socket allows you to conveniently load and manage your own IRs with the supplied app. This means you can not only optimize your stage sound, but also select separate IRs for stage monitoring and FOH mix - thanks to DUAL IR support.

Performance without compromise - 2600 watts of peak power

With an output of up to 2600 watts (1300 W continuous / 650 W RMS) and a maximum sound pressure level of 135 dB, the LFR-412 is ready for any stage. The specially developed HH woofers and LaVoce tweeter provide clean reproduction in the 48 Hz to 18 kHz range, ideal for any digital guitar or effects setup - whether amp plug-ins, profilers or modelers.

Comprehensive connection options & control

With XLR/jack combo input, 3.5 mm aux in, XLR DI out and XLR link out, the LFR-412 can be seamlessly integrated into any setup. The volume, RF trimming, emulation selection for speaker and DI-out, ground lift and front light can be intuitively controlled via the control panel on the rear. The built-in LED front lighting also provides a visual highlight on stage.

Robust construction, stage-ready and expandable

The housing is made of 15 mm thick plywood, covered with hard-wearing black vinyl and reinforced with metal corners - designed for tough everyday touring. The LFR-412 is equipped with removable, push-fit castors for easy transportation. Thanks to the castor cups, the speaker can be easily stacked - ideal for stages where you need to go higher.
