The 1936 is not the only 2x 12" cabinet that can accommodate a full-size top! The 1936V is constructed in exactly the same way, but equipped with Marshall Vintage speakers manufactured by Celestion. These give it a warmer, extremely assertive sound structure distributed over a wide mid-band. Compared to the vintage speakers of this speaker, the 75' Celestions of the 1936 are more intrusive and clearly emphasize the high mids, while the aim here is a warm, balanced vintage character.
