Marshall JVM 205C Combo 50 Watt

Marshall's JVM full tube amps set a new standard in guitar amplification. The outstanding concept of the JVM2xx models provides six independent basic sound circuits in two channels - and that despite the enormous possibilities without a single semiconductor in the signal path! This means that these amps always remain dynamic and always benefit 100% from the qualities of real tube amplification. For each of the available basic sound modes (three per channel), the important switching relay functions (i.e. reverb, effect and master volume selection) can be freely stored and can thus be controlled simultaneously by the four-way footswitch supplied. The footswitch functions can be individually configured and saved by the user - this incredibly comfortable stageboard is connected to the amp via a simple standard guitar cable of any length! Alternatively, users of multi-effects devices can save all conceivable basic sound setups to 128 different MIDI locations and recall them via a program change command.

For Marshalls 205C Combo there is only one suitable expression: State of the Art! Because with all the possibilities this combo offers the user, no compromises were made in sound quality. The two-channel version of the JVM primarily appeals to users who find the four-channel system too confusing, but who nevertheless do not want to limit themselves stylistically. Compared to the JVM210C, the lower power stage power can be used to achieve power stage saturation even at lower volumes. When it comes to power amplifier technology, Marshall naturally relies on the EL34 configuration of the legendary 50 Watt JCM 800 Amps, which has been tried and tested for decades.
